Membership Applications** are reviewed by the Club’s board of directors which consists of a president, vice-president, recording secretary, corresponding secretary, treasurer, assistant treasurer, and thirteen board members.

Networking opportunities for those in journalism and communications to hear and discuss issues of our professions. Workshops including “Meet the Press” and others focused on professional development opportunities complimenting the needs and interests of its members.

Annual Delaware County Press Club Awards Competition for members only. Categories include news, features, annual publications, special project promotions and promotional writing. Cash awards.

Opportunities to socialize with colleagues at special events such as “Wine on the Brandywine” at the Brandywine River Museum, cruises to the Caribbean and Bermuda, and a late afternoon sail on the Delaware River aboard the historic schooner tall ship “The Pioneer.”

Monthly luncheons featuring prominent guest speakers. (Luncheons are held at the Towne House Restaurant in Media, 3rd Wednesday, 11:45 a.m.)
